- 04Our return policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days from the reception date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return or a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging. It is imperative to follow the instructions below to have a refund or an exchange: When your items are delivered, please check immediately, with the deliverer, that the purchase(s) is complete and not damaged. If your purchase(s) is visibly damaged, do not accept the order and send us an email, within 24h, with photos of the damaged part and a brief description of how or where the item(s) is damaged. All returns must be done at the delivery time. If you accept any item without inspection, and reclaim to be refunded, your demand will be rejected. All credited returns and exchanges must be in original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We proceed to the inspection of the product and we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your claim is approved, then we will give you the choice of 1) exchanging the item or 2) being refunded. At that time, the re-shipment of your order (if available) will be done or your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within some days. All items must be returned with a valid invoice and a completed Returns Form which is on the reverse of your invoice. For any other different conditions or reasons (except the damaged items), return shipping, payment for return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping any item, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In the event that you organize the transportation and the delivery of your purchase(s) by another carrier different than ours, you will be entirely responsible for any damages, losses or delay caused by the carrier. - 05EMNA ships worldwide. EMNA s' designs are handmade. We don’t have stock products, the major part of our items are unique pieces or limited editions, for the others you need to place a special order and wait between 6-8 weeks to receive the item after being made in our atelier. For all the other items, they will arrive in a shorter time, it depends on the size of the product and your location. Shipping fees are calculated based on item’s package weight and dimensions, special services and the shipping destination. You may pay sales tax, it depends on your shipment address. Shipping quote will be sent with the confirmation order email. Our items are delivered in wooden boxes, for an optimal protection, to the ground floor of your property. For special services, you may pay more fees. You can organize the transportation and delivery of your purchase, we send all the information you need. - 06Don’t forget that wood itself is an alive material, it continues to change during its life time. Our designs are made of high quality wood selected after a long process of drying to limit its activity. Even though, you may observe some minor dimensional or surface aspect changes such as shrinkage, warpage, color changes etc. It depends on the humidity, temperature, direct sunlight exposure, moisture, shock, dust etc. Those marks give the wood its distinctive character of an alive material.
